Are your stores open?

Yes, we are open for business.

How is Shimmer & Confetti protecting its employees and customers?

We are committed to continue helping our staff and customers navigate through this challenging time. We have employed the following measures to ensure that we are all safe

  • Physical distancing
  • Reduced occupancy levels
  • PPE for employees
  • Reduced work hours

 

What will you do if one of your store employees tests positive for COVID-19?

If one of our employees has been exposed to or diagnosed with COVID-19, they will be notified by Public Health, and we would support the employee in following Public Health’s recommendations. The store would immediately close and be subject to third-party cleaning at which point we would engage an industrial hygienist to certify the safety of the store before re-opening to employees and customers.

Can I place orders online?

Our customers can still shop online. We are trying our best to ship within 1-2 business days. We are however experiencing some delays with deliveries due to COVID-19. We advise that you select Expedited Shipping at checkout for faster delivery.
