How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept the following payment methods for online orders: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (previously Switch), Visa Delta, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address the payment card is registered to.

How do I calculate the number of balloons needed to make my arch?

You may calculate that using our balloon arch calculator.

Can I pay by cheque?

Sorry, we do not accept payments through cheque.

If I place an order today when will I receive it?

We have different delivery options available according to how urgent your order is, including an expedited (4-day) delivery option. To view these options and find out exactly when you will receive your order, click here.

How long will it be until my order is shipped?

We ship internationally from our warehouses in the USA and Canada. Processing times vary across our products. 

If you need your item quickly, please contact us to confirm order processing and delivery times.

Am I able to return my order?

Yes, we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the products you purchase, then as long as they are unused and within their original packaging, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days. When returning any item to us please state the reason for the return and include your name, address, contact telephone number and order reference number.

* Please note that personalized and/or custom order items can only be returned if the goods are faulty.

Please note that we, unfortunately, will be unable to issue refunds or honor returns based on balloon breakage as a result of improper usage.

Can I add to my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately not. All customer orders are passed directly to our warehouse for shipping. 

Are the balloons delivered filled with helium?

Our balloons are not supplied filled with helium. However, we recommend that customers visit a reputable helium supplier to ensure balloons are inflated using high-quality helium.

How long do the helium balloons float for?

Recommendations state that latex balloons when filled with helium, should last up to 8 hours. Foil balloons, however, can last much longer than this - for a few days.

Do you do custom and personalized orders?

Please send us a message and we will have something custom-made for you.

Cheaper helium alternatives?

Helium is very expensive, but there are other options for making a dazzling balloon display! Balloons look just as fab hung from the ceiling using clear fishing line, this is very effective with large 36" balloons like ours.

How do I store unused, uninflated balloons?

Balloons can last for years if stored properly. Please keep balloons away from continuous exposure to extreme temperatures. If exposed to sunlight for a period of time, you may refrigerate till the balloons cool off, before inflating. Likewise, do not inflate frozen or stiff balloons. Allow to naturally warm up before inflating.
