These self-sealing air-filled balloons have tabs at the top so you can string them together to form words or phrases!

These foil balloons ship flat.16-inch balloons must be filled with air (not helium) using the straw provided. 32-inch balloons may be filled with either air or helium. Once hung, they can be re-inflated if necessary.

Choose from numbers 0-9. Letters are available in a separate listing. Silver and rose gold letters are in a separate listing
